Daily Duties at Bell Helicopter:
Manage an 8-13 person internal organization, with an additional 30 freelance individual contributors. Manage an average annual budget of $1.8M. My teams design and produce communications materials in support of marketing, sales and customer support, trade shows, public and media relations, internal communications and social media. We maintain an enterprise wide graphics/photo/video asset management system.
