Daily Duties at Seattle University:
Planned and coordinated all events for the SU law school campaign and steering committee events including all committee meetings, groundbreaking ceremony, database support, developing correspondence, writing and proofing campaign materials and maintaining records. Created project manuals for steering committee members. Coordinated all meetings including logistics, agenda development and taking and publishing minutes. Helped coordinate all 6 events of the presidential inauguration including logistics, invitations, food and beverage, parking. Designed invitations, created mailing lists and created and maintained computer file systems.
