Daily Duties at Impco Technologies:
Contracted to create and maintain schedules for products at their End of Life build cycle. Interfaced between Upper Management, Purchasing,Engineering and Sales/Marketing Departments. Provided weekly and monthly reports identifying delivery status Reviewed and analyzed schedule for risks and provided recovery plan. Issued work order packets to Production. Implemented ECO's by issuing new material and/or drawing to work order packets. Identified capacity requirements and made recommendations to Operations Manager. Verified Bill of Material integrity for all work orders on Production floor. Reviewed cost variations on Work Orders and reconciled variances for accounting purposes. Insured inventory accuracy through cycle counts and transaction sign offs after material review. Established job priories for Production based on schedule and customer requirements. Determined material requirements for future builds and coordinated with Purchasing Department.
