 Responsible for all U.S. Government contract compliance issues including labor hour timekeeping and all overhead expenditures.  Quality assurance of all contract proposals ensuring they are in accordance with corporate financial margins, risk exposure assessments and performance capabilities.  Authorized all contract expenditures.  Negotiated and established corporate teaming agreements.  Ensured necessary Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA's) are completed in a timely manner.  Identified targets for potential mergers and acquisitions.  Negotiated with prime contractors, subcontractors and government representatives.
