Daily Duties at Cb Richard Ellis Global Corporate Services, Sprint Account:

Transaction Manager over eight full-time direct reports and 14 national brokers, for the oversight of 400+ retail stores covering 17 states, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Responsibilities include new trade area identification, site tours, site selection, LOI and lease negotiations. The negotiation of real estate contracts, and day-to-day management associated with Sprint’s retail store portfolio. Additional responsibilities include financial analysis, cost comparison reports, and account reconciliations. Management of the administration and renewal of existing real estate contracts and complex contracts. Negotiate amendments, termination agreements, assignment and assumption agreements, store relocations, and store dispositions.
