Daily Duties at Kendro Laboratory Products:
Managed and supported between 20 to 25 international distributors throughout Europe and the Middle East. Managed nine domestic regional managers and sales staff. Managed four inside sales/customer service staff and all international sales directives for global customers and distributors. Performed order management functions and export documentation primarily processing international letters of credit from dealers and customers, required shipping documents, and prepared pro-forma invoices.
