•Management of outside sales staff for 13 states •Implements professional development for outside sales staff in sales, contact management and presentation skills •Handles administrative functions for the regional office •Prepares weight room design and sales proposals for customers •Speaking at universities, colleges and high schools nationwide on strength and conditioning, weight room safety, weight room layout, and program design to administration, coaching staff and athletes
