Daily Duties at Citigroup Global Markets, Inc:
Managed division operations including Information Technology, Finance, and Emerging Markets with regard to global hiring, internal transfers and recruiting, oversaw broad employment matters relating for 4,000 international employees at all organizational levels. Conducted strategic analysis to business unit managers in re-organization of Citigroup businesses and the relocation of international employees from overseas and New York Headquarters, advised management regarding on-campus recruiting programs, student work visas, and provided advice and support with regulatory changes. • Assisted with the Company’s training programs, tracked progress of trainees, provided quarterly budget projections and weekly reports for international new hires, IT, Consultant conversions and business re-organization.
