Daily Duties at Micro Mass Communications:
For the past five years, I have managed a department of 20 talented art directors,writers, medical writers, digital designers and creative directors. I had the task of transforming the creative department of this former RM shop into an agency with full-service strategic and creative capabilities. Since joining MMC. I have introduced a number of system improvements and led the development of a new Strategic Planning Process that now leverages the behavioral science differentiator within the agency through the use of our Conversation Brief. In addition, I led the agency’s entreé into global pharmaceutical marketing, working with WPI network.
