Daily Duties at U.S. Navy:

Chief Petty Officer (E7) - Air Department Administrative Chief. - Supervised 18 personnel. - Developed a computerized correspondence tracking system which dramatically streamlined the departmental correspondence routing procedures. - Processed over 300 evaluations and 100 Fitness Reports for the largest department in the command. - Managed Firewatch Division – Supervised 130 personnel and led the overall effort of the division resulting in over 1500 hot works assignments being completed safely with zero mishaps. - Assigned to the Awards Board, ensuring the most deserving personnel received awards and recognition. - Mentored a junior departmental admin team into a seamless work center.
