Daily Duties at Hsbc:
Manage, maintain and liquidate assigned Real Estate Owned (REO) properties. Review REO contracts determining condition and value of property as well as necessary improvements to expedite sale. Monitor general work performance of real estate agents to ensure marketing of properties is conducted in a timely manner and to establish listing price of properties. Review, negotiate and decision incoming bids and authorize sale of property within designated loss parameters. Work with attorneys, police enforcement, and real estate agents as necessary to legally remove any occupants and possessions from the premises. Review recommended property improvements and authorize completion of any work within budget restrictions. Prepare and distribute monthly reports to senior management. Maintain all records and costs associated with the sale of the property.
