Daily Duties at American Express:
Provided consistent call monitor coaching feedback to 2 Team Leaders and 30 Customer Care Professionals on Full Call Model Execution and in learning curve environment. Identified calls demonstrating skills used for training and coaching. Managed multiple priority lists and deadlines on time to meet business needs. Engaged and participate in bi-weekly call calibrations with partner sites to ensure consistency in monitoring across sites. Drove performance results for teams through value-added supplemental coaching through the monitoring process. Provided value-added feedback in monitoring process changes. Demonstrated Team Leader approach to providing monitor feedback, possible team coaching opportunities for candidates on leadership track. Reviewed and analyzed collection gaps in portfolio performance gaps. Drove continuous improvement within the team and functional area. Serve as an advocate for change and effectively manage change, and motivate and retain high performing employees. Provided recommendations on improving the process of contact rates and dollars collected.
