Large Federal contracts from the Air Force and Corp of Engineers, multiple Task/Delivery Orders including cost plus fixed fee, T&M, firm fixed price billings. Assisted with internal audits and request for government audits of projects. After puchase by AECOM assisted with conversion of multiple companies into the Oralce accounting system. Processed vendor invoices and setup new vendor accounts. Prepared forms for new Subcontractor purchase orders and contract agreement for entry into Oracle. Requested copies of any outstanding A/P invoices on vendor statements and processed or clean up any problems with them.
