Daily Duties at Us Bank:

Coordinated on a regional basis, the delivery of the Membership Banking Program. Partnered with Regional Retail or Business Banking Managers to approach small to mid-sized business where there is an existing banking relationship, gaining permission to solicit client employees in an effort to establish personal banking relationships. Developed and implemented marketing strategies and objectives to meet established goals to increase household penetration. Developed and maintained customer calling program on prospects. Developed formal and informal training for banking staff (e.g. Personal Bankers) and supported stores’ goal achievement within territory. Maintained ongoing evaluation of sales efforts and modified program as necessary. Developed appropriate marketing materials, campaigns, etc.
