Daily Duties at Bloomingdale's:

Resolved all bridal registry issues in the New York flagship store, by investigating customer concerns such as shipping and merchandise issues, and resolving those concerns in a timely and through manner. Processed between 50-60 customer merchandise returns per week. Collaborated with manangement to reach solutions to escalated customer issues. Developed more efficient and customer-friendly methods by which to process returns by allowing customers to shop while return are being processed and then come back to pick up credit. Facilitated seamless bridal registry returns for around 60 customers weekly; Led consultant Team on product updates, store procedures, and department policies related to the bridal registry. Train and troubleshoot with staff to solve computer software issues related to product distribution, product availability, and customer delivery information.
