Daily Duties at Caravan Trading Company:
Responsible for the West Region and developing and growing sales and profits. Responsible for writing and achieving budgest for each account. I would attend trade shows, conduct weekly competition checks, account calls and top to top business reviews. I would actually visit plants to meet and work directly with the plant managers and R & D to develop and expand assortment in order to grow and devolpe sales. I was responsible for Costco Corporate and region specific Costco Divisions. I developed a full breath Hispanic Pastry Program which included 18 NEW products creating approximately $18M incremental sales to the West Region. I had 8 brokers that I managed along with 4 direct Key Account Representatives. I conducted the 4 direct account representatives reviews and they directly reported to me. We met weekly to review accounts, budgets and projects. My entire Region grew 22% my first year.
