Daily Duties at Ymca:

The position of Summer Camp Director required me to have good administrative and clerical skills in order to keep the business end of the camp running smoothly. I acted as liaison between the parents and their children and the counselors. The skills that I used ranged from knowledge of business and management principles to assessing customer needs and providing customer satisfaction. Along with that I used strategic planning to order the items needed to run the camp, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods (in art projects and food production) and coordination of people and resources.
