Daily Duties at General Mills :
Reponsible for 7 direct Sales Representatives along with a Broker Network of 8 Brokers throughout the West Region. My daily responsibilities included top to top business reveiws with key customers along with the key account manager. I had direct responsiblities for Corporate National Accounts such as Safeway, Albertsons, Kroger and Costco. I also managed 8 broker teams. I wrote and was fully responsible for region budgets/P & L. I put together specific, private label programs for large accounts such as Starbucks and Tully's Coffee. I would develope specific programs along with the support of internal R & D. I added 15 new SKU's to Walmart private label bakery program which generated $52M incremental sales dollars. I grew my region year after year exceeding budgets. Daily responsibilities included Key Account calls with major customers such as Kroger, Safeway, Albertsons and Costco. I also managed my direct reports and performed "ride alongs" with them. I performed my direct report's evaluations also.
