In 1996, myself and two others founded Alpha Omega Productions. As the Art Lead on many projects, I was responsible for communicating and meeting with clients, the look and feel of the art, training and managing as many as 7 employees, developing time schedules, and tracking time spent on projects. Additionally, I set up the company web site, created many assets such as animating and scripting Flash movies used to teach English for Global English.com, modeling and texturing landmark buildings from around the world for SimCity, and web page design and html implementation for Makeover Networks.
