Daily Duties at Fluent Entertainment:
As Art Production Lead and Senior Artist at Fluent, one of my many responsibilities included developing and documenting the entire art production process for internal projects assigned to me. Working closely with the Creative Director and the Head of Programming, I helped develop procedures that enabled artists to input art assets directly into games and assisted in the development of a processing tool that saved 100’s of man hours. I hired and managed contactors, and was actively involved in hiring new members of the internal team. I trained both internal and external teams in all of the art production processes. Additionally, I was responsible for the art team working efficiently and effectively, creating high quality graphics that stayed true to the vision of the Creative Director. I also created many art assets, including complex 3d environments, modeling, animation, webpage design and html implementation for various demos and internal products such as Majestic Chess and Disney Chess Adventure.
