Daily Duties at Executive And Management Consultants:
This is a time of self employment for me. I developed a small client base and became the third party administrator, advisor, counselor and confidant of several business concerns, including my former employer NewStar. While working for Neil Jones Food Co., I maintained a small client base of business which from time to time, would require my services and advice for their day to day operations. Advise and counsel executives, and all levels of management in labor and employment strategies. I negotiate collective bargaining agreements, develop in house policies and procedures and employee handbooks and work with companies on the implementation of same. Conflict investigations and resolutions, employee benefit negotiations and administration (both health and welfare as well as workers compensation). Advise and counsel on workers’ safety and compliance (Cal-OSHA) issues, and wage and hour compliance (DOL) (EEOC).
