Delivered ISO-approved documentation of policies, procedures, forms, and work instructions for all managed services products. Supported documentation and performed product testing in robust Internet co-location using high-end Cisco routers, switches, load balancing, and security devices to distribute bulk broadband facilities to clients. Played key role in determining curriculum for internal corporate university launch. Functioned as member of ISO Steering Committee.
