Daily Duties at Taproot Foundation :

Nonprofit grantees of the Taproot Foundation are in need of analysis and strategic guidance to help them compete for limited resources as well as to enhance social impact for communities they serve. Impact organizational and strategy development of nonprofit grantees of the Taproot Foundation, across human capital development, performance management, strategic planning, and branding. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis. Analyze and synthesize diverse information into strategic insights. Present recommendations to clients to influence their business strategy. Shape clients’ go-to-market strategies for collaboration and competition. Influenced CRE’s exploration of a new performance management practice to support its nonprofit clients. Train nonprofit consultants at the Community Resource Exchange (CRE) on strengths-based leadership/organizational development.
