Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

Processed legal claims such as garnishments, levies and court orders from the IRS, State and private collection agencies. Reviewed court orders, searched computer systems, prepared customer letters, post debit/credit entries using BOL, researched transactions, and answered telephone inquiries from Customer Service and Support, Banking Centers and outside customer callers. Released attached funds to customer’s accounts based on release paper’s instructions. Performed daily administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, ordering account information from internal resources. Researched accounts and assist other functions for other departments as needed.
