Daily Duties at Eagle Community Credit Union:
Handled packages from auto dealerships, verified all information provided and ensured stipulations are met prior to funding and in conformance to credit union guidelines. Generated Chex system report, verification of membership eligibility, OFAC inquiry. Verified and calculated proof of income, date of contract, signed credit application with information in system, original purchase and or (553) contract, vehicle form 262, advance of blue book and all other prefunding items. Collected payment if first due date is within 10 days. Followed up with dealer for missing documents prior to funding. Computer entry to CUDL3 funding portal & SYMITAR for funding and loan maintenance file.
