Daily Duties at Advance America:
Responsible for auditing the work of subordinates such as: customer files, bankruptcy reports and employee payroll. Organized job fairs for statewide recruiting. Responsible for interviewing, training and monitoring employees in accordance with company policies and guidelines. Successfully managed center operations, marketing, advertising, sales and collections. Responsible for the budgets and revenues of 20 centers across the state of Wisconsin. Presented quarterly financial presentations to fellow members of upper management.
