Daily Duties at Target:
Influence and educate Group, District, and Store-level leadership (79 stores) on food profitability, operational routines, inventory levels, and freshness/quality. Tasked with cultivating and nurturing partnerships and accountability with external vendors and partners to drive key initiatives. Ensured quality operations across merchandising guidelines and guest service expectations by providing training, communication, and feedback to District and Store teams. Sustained productivity across territory by analyzing and escalating key process gaps.
