Provide initial point of contact for 40 web-based applications/portals that are used by major Healthcare Universities across the nation. Developed/created call center for entire company. Direct Social media initiatives and actively resolve or escalate issues, as necessary. Partner with national associations to gather requirements, design solutions and implement functionality to changing workflows.
