Day-to-Day Responsibility for Operations, driver, staff, mentoring and accountability. Customer Relationship Excellence, Payroll, Accounts Payables, Maintenance, Fleet/Asset planning, Inventory control and planning. Facility Maintenance, Cargo Claims, Accident and Injury investigation and determination, P/L Reponsibility, Monitor Key Measures, Implementation and adherence to company and customer policies, hiring and disciplinary action of employees.
