Daily Duties at Cts Advantage Logistics:

Handle phone calls taking pick ups, giving customers update on freight and giver customer proof of delivery. Check in drivers making sure that it is filled out correctly and all paper work turned in and sorted. Give new sales leads to the sales department. Interface with dispatch on special pick ups and upper management on problems or moves that need their attention. Train new customer service agents on proper phone etiquette, what information you to get from customers. Give instruction to drivers from dispatchers. Help out President on special project as in making new manifest, taking charge of customers making sure we update the movement of freight in real time. Was being trained to do Ocean freight dispatching both loose freight and pier containers. Started hiring and interviewing drivers, letting go and discipline of drivers. Do special projects for the President CEO.
