Argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Defended over 50 clients in novel cases initiated by DirecTV involving the wiretap law and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Represented clients in the areas of media and First Amendment law, civil rights, commercial litigation and breach of contract.
