Daily Duties at Aclu:
Conducted press conferences and lectured extensively on the First Amendment implications of the USA PATRIOT Act, lectured at C.L.E. seminars, columnist for the New York Daily Record (column, "Civil Liberties Since 9/11"), and provided legal counsel and representation on various First Amendment issues including the right to privacy, freedom of speech and the Freedom of Information Act.
