Successfully led and completed multiple projects concurrently through the systems development life cycle (SDLC). Gathered requirements, designed, coded, tested and implemented software applications to improve business processes and decision support. The applications were developed using a variety of tools like PowerBuilder, MS Excel, MS Assess, FoxPro and Clipper. My responsibilities also included preparation of training materials and training the staff on the new tools and/or processes. The types of applications include electronic claim submissions, provider audit and reimbursement, and as well as office management billing and accounting tools.
