Daily Duties at Sanofi Pharmaceutical:
• Facilitate the development and implementation of the new in vitro assays • Lead two junior scientists in in vitro IVM discovery assays • Develop, evaluate and implement LC/MS/MS methods for the analysis of TC7 transport samples for screening and in-depth profiling • Train and mentor junior associates on the bioanalytical aspects of the TC-7 transport assay • Coordinate the daily operation of the multi-faceted TC-7 transport assay • Lead coordination of discovery CYP Competitive and Mechanism-Based Inhibition assays • Coordinate discovery CYP Induction assays Responsible for developing and validating GLP analytical methods for novel drugs and their metabolites in biological matrices and determining pharmacokinetic parameters and metabolic profiles. Responsible for interpreting data and providing recommendations to project teams and matrix teams as the project team representative.
