Central High School Work Values

Daily Duties at Central High School:

As the head teacher for the EBD program I was responsible for a caseload of between 40-45 students. My job responsibilities were to case manage the student programs. I wrote IEPs for all students and monitored the goals and objectives in the regular classrooms. I was responsible for measuring the progress of the goals and report writing. I maintained an organized learning enviornment for students who came to the Resource Room. Students came to this classroom for a variety of reasons, some of which were social/emotional support, academic assistance, test taking, and for instruction. I was responsible for planning daily lessons, scheduling team meetings, meeting with teachers, parental contact.

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
