• Maintained complete and thorough accounting records for numerous property management accounts for several corporate, private and diversified owners using Skyline Property Management Accounting Software. • Prepared and analyzed general ledgers, balance sheets, income statements and budget comparisons for several accounts on a monthly basis. • Recorded all general ledger entries for every property. • Completed entire Accounts Receivable process for several buildings on monthly basis, including; collecting, depositing, and recording all rents and receipts; preparing, analyzing and following up on monthly delinquencies; and billing all rents, receivables, and charges. • Handled all monthly Accounts Payables responsibilities including invoice entry, payment and recording and analyzing cash requirements. • Provided outside accountants with pertinent information to complete annual audit and tax returns • Apprised, updated and debriefed different Property Managers on all Accounting issues. • Communicated with new clients and owners to establish accounting records best suited to their individual needs. • Assisted in annual budget preparation and analysis. • Reconciled several Bank Accounts on monthly basis including operating, savings and reserve accounts. • Provided several outside Accountants with pertinent information to complete clients’ annual tax returns • Calculated Management Fees and Lease Commissions. • Abstracted all Leases, Amendments, and other Real Estate documents upon execution • Completed other tasks as needed, including mail processing, tenant coordination tasks, petty cash, office supply inventory and ordering, scheduling, etc.
