• Maintained thorough accounting records for $25 Million Construction Materials Supplier using custom Accounting software • Prepared and analyzed general ledger, balance sheet, income statement, budget comparison on a monthly basis • Prepared and entered general ledger entries • Trained and managed three person accounting department • Reconciled Bank statements and entire balance sheet on monthly basis • Analyzed cash flow and prepared regular cash projections • Reconciled complex inter-company accounts monthly • In charge of collections for $4+ million A/R aging • Processed Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Payroll • Provided outside accountants with pertinent information to complete annual audit and tax returns • Prepared various sales, expense, and other spreadsheets on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
