•Maintained, Financially Interpreted, and Analyzed Leases for over 200 Field Offices across the country for large, national Insurance Company using Accruent Real Estate Manager •Prepared, and verified accuracy of Annual Operating Expense and Common Area Maintenance Reconciliations for all Field Office Leases •Recovered hundreds of thousands in five year Audit of Operating Expense and Real Estate Tax Reconciliations •Abstracted all new Leases, Amendments, and Other Real Estate Documents upon execution •Prepared Monthly Rent Feed and Payments for all Field Office Locations •Assisted with Annual Budget for Net Rent Expense based on Leases and Monthly Operating Expense Estimates •Communicated with Landlords for all Field Office Locations regarding relevant Leasing Issues •Prepared Monthly Rental G/L Entries for Rent Accrual, Prepaid Rent, and Other Issues relevant to Leases •Executed Other Real Estate Accounting Duties as Requested
