Daily Duties at Epicor:

• Tested and published on the Epicor website all Patches and Fixes for all versions of Platinum, ERA and eBackOffice running on SQL Server 6.5 and 7.0. • Tracked all requests for patches from Support Representatives through the Emergency Patch Request process. • Worked with customers, consultants and VARs to resolve issues in all modules via telephone support center and documenting the issues. Specialized in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchase Order, Order Entry, and Inventory. • Verification of quality and accuracy of all Epicor products releases on the website, including, but not limited to, all versions of Platinum Financial Software, ERA and eBackOffice. • Worked in Quality Assurance department to assist with testing new releases. • Updated information on the customer center web page which included the creating and design of new Active Server Pages using Visual InterDev 6.
