Daily Duties at Nrt, Incorporated:
• Worked with users to resolve issues in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger modules of the Epicor eBackOffice product by employing the eBackOffice Diagnostic Utility to determine and examine stored procedures and tables affected by the front-end functionality. • Used SQL 6.5 and 7.0 to troubleshoot problems and issues using ISQL by writing queries. • Thorough quality assurance testing of approximately 100 Epicor customizations and modifications. • Developed test case forms and documented results. • Revised and executed SQL queries and stored procedures to perform various data validation on third-party imports; pre-validation procedures enhanced data content. • Assisted with various special projects as necessary. • Responsible for generation and printing of AP 1099 reports for the year. • Participated in drafting specification documents and testing of significant customizations effecting Epicor eBackOffice financial modules; deploying completed customizations to multiple clients and servers, including Citrix servers. • Provided extensive training and guidance to end-users on various applications, customizations and procedures. • Troubleshooting of eBackOffice issues with users on Citrix clients.
