Daily Duties at Midcom:
• Managed full lifecycle development projects. • Developed the Defect and Issue Management process for the SmartConnectTM Program including obtaining approvals for base-lining and change control. • Developed the Nonconformance process for the SmartConnectTM Program • Managed weekly Itron Defect and Issues Meeting including tracking issues to closure. • Facilitated development of process flows for Field Test 2 Issue Management Process and Field Test 2 Network Issue Response. • Compiled list of nonconformance Itron contract items and facilitated meetings for dispensation of items. • Compiled weekly department status reports. • Tracked and monitored updates to SmartConnectTM Quality Plans • Managed weekly Itron Quality Issues and Corrective Actions Meeting and Logs • Created the process flows for Environment Set Up and Cell Relay Testing from rough draft sketches. • Facilitated meetings with stakeholders and vendors • Worked with Vendor team on any SharePoint related issues including user access requests, changes to issues database, setting up ability to track Corrective Action Status via SharePoint. • Compiled Meeting Minutes for various meetings.
