Daily Duties at Equator Financial Solutions:

• Responsible for complete project lifecycle and delivery • Created project plans including schedule and resource planning (working with internal and external teams on tasks and timelines), critical path analysis, business and technical analysis • Led cross functional development teams for more complex initiatives, coordinating external and internal resources. • Provided day to day project leadership and decision making on critical project issues. • Reported to internal team, internal management and clients on project details, statuses and issues. • Supported multiple projects/implementations and deadlines and being accountable for on-time delivery. • Managed and held internal and client project teams accountable for task execution and project timelines. • Creation of key project documents such as: Project Charter, initial project plan (Gantt chart), System Requirement Specifications, and the Development Plan according to the Client Delivery Architecture. • Determine that the projects continue to be developed to the established objectives in the Business Proposal and Project Charter. • Provided team checklist to ensure all components of each Phase are clearly met. • Provided assistance to project team members in planning activities, including development scheduling (assignment of resources) and product implementation. • Maintained all aspects of implementations from a project management perspective - project plan and implementation timeline • Coordinated planning efforts with internal teams (Development, Training etc.) • Reported progress against development plan routinely to the Implementation Lead with recommendations for corrective actions, where necessary. • Identified and advised of scheduling shortfalls. • Submitted periodic/weekly status reports to the Implementation Lead to serve as the team's assessment of the project and its schedule. • Track Studio and Issue Tracker reporting - Internal and Client Facing • Updated weekly Executive Dashboard reporting • Weekly summary reporting of Track Studio and Issue Tracker for Clients • Created initial bi-weekly project plan reporting for Clients • Delivered 100% of SOW Deliverables on time and within budget. • Participated in the Preparation of Project Change Requests (PCRs) and new SOW’s • Managed all project and client resources • Responsible for Project Financial Management • Created, updated and monitored weekly/monthly project forecasts • Forecasted, updated and monitored weekly project expenses • Built client satisfaction through formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of application, technical, and business solutions, responding to client requirements as specified in the contract or Statement of Work (SOW)
