Daily Duties at Bank Of America/U.S. Trust:

• Senior team operations manager of the performance measurement department • Review and correct questionable rates of return for numerous accounts to meet monthly SLA • Research corporate actions to ensure accuracy within the performance system • Investigate accounts where units and cash have created an out of balance condition • Respond to all email and phone inquiries, questions and concern regarding performance reporting from portfolio managers in an accurate and timely fashion • Developed and maintained a monthly tolerance report reflecting comparative benchmarks and return ranges for all performance sectors • Run various reports and updated spreadsheets to assist with monthly return reviews • Update and maintain the department procedures manual • Liaisons between my supervisor in Boston and co-workers in the New York office • Responsible for training new co-workers of all performance measurement calculations, procedures and systems • System testing and upgrades
