Daily Duties at The Sharper Image:
Manage and lead a team of 5 to provide quality customer service to meet the customers need, such as shipping problems, selling, and product knowledge, by tracking problem areas and monitoring. Supervised a team of customer service representatives and monitored calls for quality assurance. Met or exceeded customer expectations by providing resolution to escalated service issues and effectively responding to inquiries. Ensured accurate reporting by effectively analyzing customer reports and correcting account discrepancies. Maintained proper filing systems by organizing administrative support functions. Manage and lead a team to provide quality customer service to meet the customers needs. Provided leadership to supervisor and / or professional staff and contributed to functional strategy development. Effectively built organizational capabilities and filled employment gaps by creating challenging responsibilities. Set goals for function / work areas, successfully aligning with function / organizational goals. Inspired others to meet and exceed expectations on daily basis through personal enthusiasm and energy. Effectively identified and initiated efforts, achieving objectives. Ensured financial objectives met by effectively managing resources. Anticipated internal business issues, aligning operational priorities, strategies, and tactics. Indentified emerging business needs by developing relationships with key internal / external customers. Developed broad influence through robust set of internal / external relationships across organization, resulting in win-win outcomes within, among and across teams, utilizing diverse perspectives of others to achieve results. Influenced customer and / or organizational leadership through effective listening and communication, accomplishing operational objectives.
