Open and operate the North America market as well as Malaysia. Participated in the market place, sales planning, forecasting and sales execution experience. Led North American organizational efforts, coordinate with corporate headquarters, with responsibilities for Business planning/Development and Operations, specifically trade spending management. Hold key role in building core management team, establishing new brands in U.S. and improving product matrix, ensure all required registration is performed in U.S., Canada and Mexico, provide input to product packaging efforts and develop an industry-leading globally competitive product system. Establish business relationships with manufacturers, distributors, national suppliers, industry associations, various suppliers. Maintain environments that support organizational growth while reducing risk factors. Set performance goals; talent for rapidly adapting skills and acquiring new knowledge to master new assignments;  Proficient in spreadsheet and presentation software; problem solver; well-developed organizational, communication and time management skills
