Daily Duties at Shell Brasil:
Controlled costs ($ 3M) and managed budgets ($ 25 M) for project implementation and maintenance, focus on gas stations and convenience stores. Selected, negotiated, hired and managed software and hardware suppliers/vendors. Developed projects in other companies inside Shell’s group. Held project P&L with five direct and 15 indirect reports. • Designed and managed the technology solution for projects related to Marketing products (Smart Club – multi-fidelity program), Commercial Automation (convenience stores and gas stations) and Banking (TEF systems). Program managed the roll-out and maintenance of those projects. • Grew revenue by 20% with the development and launch of Smart Club – a multi-loyalty card program. • Designed and managed processes to implement automation systems at Shell gas stations. Improved efficiency, sales accuracy, control and reports and increased savings with inventory management.
