$ 8M budget responsibility Development of global, technically complex (large in size, high requirement churn, multiple usability demands) mobile device applications for smartphones and tablets used on corporate networks. Enhanced employee field mobility and productivity. Play key role in strategic planning defining Enterprise roadmap, product definition (aligning technology, experience and roadmap based on the available technology and customer needs), operations, sales and marketing. Lead 12 direct reports (1 director, 9 managers and 2 individual contributors) and 84 team members (engineers, testers, QA) in Brazil, India and China. Mentor, train, guide and develop the team. Evaluate incoming work and delegate projects to the team. Report on project progress and other project specific information. Track and monitor project work plans, including objectives, task and time frames to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely fashion.
