I am responsible for organizing, monitoring the receipts of incoming and outgoing transportation as well as administrative support task. Prepare reports and correspondence an maintains project files according to company policy. Anticipates and plans for un-forcasted surges in the workload. Operates all office equipment, PC computer, printer, fax and scanner. Skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and types 50wpm.
