Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Monitor Portfolio performance and coordinate meetings between client manager, project managers (PMO) and Team Leaders on North America Region (Procter and Gamble). Manage performance of team leaders and other north america resources based on what they report on their human resource application, called Omega. This application included billable and non-billable projects, providing me with financial information that I can discuss later with Operational and Financial Managers to look for improvements. Provide ideas to a Global Comitee assembled to give new services/products that will be developed to the customer portfolio based on its scope. Mentor/Coach Team Leader for Procter & Gamble Puerto Rico Sites.
