Daily Duties at Excellere Consulting & Associates:
Evaluate customers calls and determine if site visit is required to attend issues in hardware (servers and computers) like fixing operating systems / drivers, changing hard drives and updating operating systems, software (mail system, SQL, print servers and others) or in communications (LAN, ethernet equipment, 10/100/1000 Base-T equipment). Analyse sales needs and develop a solution that involves a combination of hardware/software (servers) and LAN configuration (including cabling). In addition, to computer room equipment, quote laptops and desktops according to user needs, position and travel frequency.
